From 2019 to present, I have made comics, articles, designs, and more for F Newsmagazine. Notable work includes:

“Bad Parable” is an ongoing comic strip published in F Newsmagazine. The comic debuted in February 2020 and has continued since then. In 2021, the College Media Association awarded Bad Parable with Second Place for Best Comic Strip. In 2022, the College Media Association awarded Bad Parable with Third Place for Best Comic Strip.

I have designed an ad campaign for Exchequer Pizza from November 2021 to present.

“Fall 2023 Schedule Change” is an investigative article learning about the schedule changes coming in the future semester of SAIC, exploring what those changes are and how students were feeling. It was published in December 2022.

“The Reek of Bubbly Creek” is an article exploring Chicago waterways, particularly bubbly creek, it’s past, and how it relates to the present. It was published in May 2022.

“SAIC: Where Comics Come To Life” is an article about comic arts complex place inside SAIC. It was published in December 2021.

I designed the cover for the December 2021 issue.

“AIC WU in Their Own Words” is a comic drawn based on the rally held by AIC WU. It was included in the October 2021 issue as the back cover.

“Glitter, Guitars, and Gender” is a collaborative illustrated podcast with Elton Connell. This was published in June 2021.

“Happy Curfew” is an editorial cartoon about the Governor of Minnesota’s reaction to the protest and mourning that erupted in response to the murder of Dante Wright. It was published in May 2021. In 2021, the Associated Collegiate Press awarded in Second Place for Cartoon of the Year. Additionally, the College Media Association awarded it with an Honorable Mention for Best Editorial Cartoon.

“Minneapolis 2 Weeks Later” is a photo-essay documenting Minneapolis 2 weeks after the widespread protest in the city started in response to the murder of George Floyd. It was published in July 2020. In 2020, the Illinois College Press Association awarded it Third Place for Photoessays of that year.
