Vacant Goods (2022) is about life, death, poetry, and ducks. Theo calls himself a poet—only one problem. He can’t bring himself to write. Underwhelmed by his prospects, Theo starts an internship at a branch of the government called the Catalog Division. Theo finds himself digitizing a curious collection of photographs and wondering—is there more meaning than meets the eye? Or is it all just vacant goods?
